This booklet is a series of blog posts as they appeared in the Worldview Matters blog beginning September 6, and ending December 6, 2019. The booklet explains the basic ideas behind "Critical Theory," an ideology developed in the 1930's by a group of German intellectuals fleeing the turmoil of their country to come to America and start their own brand of turmoil. They became known as "The Frankfurt School."
This school of thought greatly influenced higher education in the US, and is now strongly influencing education at the K-12 level. The influence of Critical Theory can be seen throughout American society and culture as a whole, and accounts for much of the division we are now experiencing.
The booklet concludes with a call for cultural activist training to take place during prime-time Sunday morning church services. (For a .pdf copy of An Introduction to Critical Theory, click here.)

This video is about Dr. Overman's experience training public school leaders of a school district of 16,000 students and teachers in Ukraine. The superintendent said, "Restoring Christianity is more important to me than academics." Dr. Overman was given more freedom to speak to public school leaders in Ukraine about biblically-based education than he has ever been given in US public schools.
